You start by 3D printing a gun.
You start by 3D printing a gun.
Yeah, I’m surprised there’s supposedly one in existence.
It works every time the Republicans do it. They get some concessions, and shutting down the government permanently is always their end goal.
It’s more fraught when Democrats do it though, because it’s the opposite of what they’re trying to run on and it inflicts hardship on (what they should actually see as) their voting base.
The only recourse Congress has over a rogue president is impeachment. And we’ve seen before that Republicans won’t convict him even after he literally tried to get them all killed (and even then, the removal process relies on the justice department enforcing it, I presume?).
The courts won’t be a check either, because the Supreme Court has been happy to turn the constitution on its head for him, and even if they did, the executive branch is the one that has the means to enforce rulings.
They’re saving the finger wagging for the people that decided not to vote for them because their campaign was dogshit.
There’s always the option of just releasing the anchor, so all that would happen is that they’d lose it. It would probably be too expensive to litter the sea floor with traps. Seizing the ships ‘while the investigation is ongoing’ is probably a better strategy.
Join the party of actual anti-Semites, and accuse the left of being anti-semetic because they don’t let you do war crimes.
Yeah, the US has been on the decline and abusing allies for decades.
Yeah, surprised about that tbh. I guess nobody told him about this guy yet?
Quick, blow all the whistles before Thursday?
Even if Democrats get in power, their move is to never hold Republicans accountable for any crimes. Whether that’s corruption, war crimes or treason.
Eh, copilot is still more miss than hit whenever I use it. It’s probably equally dogshit for other uses as well unless your goal is to just generate bullshit and you need to hit a specific word count.
I mean, the thing is already outright illegal in most countries where pedestrian safety is taken into account. An EU version would have to look completely different.
Yeah, you lived through a whole term of this shit already. Not sure how you can be surprised now.
You’re assuming the constitution will still mean something by the time his firstsecond term ends. That’s exactly why they’re pushing all sorts of unconstitutional shit. The executive branch is the one that has the power to enforce or not enforce laws, and the only recourse the legislative branch has is impeachment, which we’ve seen twice isn’t going to happen. Especially when the supreme court is beholden to him too.
It’s pretty shitty as far as manifestos go.
If only there was some sort of indication he doesn’t follow the law, like previous impeachments, actual court convictions and decades of being a real estate developer.
