Nah books and audiobooks are not the same. Yes the content is the same but the processing of that information is way different. Personally I can’t listen to an audiobook and retain any information. Where as if I read the same book I would have no problem recalling the information.

Podcasts don’t seem to have that issue for me. I can retain that information when listening, I think because it was intended to be consumed in that medium from the start.

I keep telling my coworkers beavers will save the planet. I’ll add this to my proof.

I think the 360 failed for the same reason lots of early/mid 2000s PCs failed. They had issues with chips lifting due to the move away from leaded solder. Over time the formulas improved and we don’t see that as much anymore. At least that’s the way I recall it.
