Depends on who the vigilantes are. The war is not the people vs. gov, it’s red vs. blue. If the blue team gets vigilantes, the red team brings a whole lot more of them, armed to the teeth, with a penchant for violence, and full knowledge that there will be no repercussions for them.
Young people are reporting epidemic levels of loneliness, and some are turning to technology to fill the void.
Bruh, technology is causing the void. People are increasingly using technology to replace human interaction, rather than to cultivate it.
keep applying for how long? Forever?
It’s really not that simple. There are basic car functionalities that are built into the infotainment system these days. I’ve seen some aftermarket fixes but frankly I’d rather just choose a different vehicle.

I wish that were the case but humanity has taught us over and over again that they will continuously tolerate more and more corporate bullshit.
Apple and Google did not need to rename it
Who has the authority to dictate what things should be called on a map if not the government? Tech companies are supposed to make these decisions? If they did nothing, that would be in defiance of the government, and most companies don’t want to be involved in politics at all, regardless of who the President is.
Link is not working for me, what’s a Bookface?
I don’t really know how to feel about this.
Was it decreed by an absolute narcissist for no reason other than the kind of blatant arrogance Americans are notorious for? Absolutely.

Does it have anything at all to do with fascism? No.
No. They didn’t. I don’t know why I even watched this video. I knew he was lying, but figured maybe I missed something. Unsubscribed.
Except they can do the same thing without opted into a massive surveillance system that tracks your comings and goings and hands it over to the government to be used against you.
Nope.
I honestly don’t understand it, that’s why I said “seems to support”, but thanks for the clarification.
What do you specifically like about macOS in comparison to Linux?
I mean mostly that it works and is easy and intuitive, and has a single dedicated version of every piece of software that’s made.
I like Linux as an alternative to Windows but it’s a nightmare to figure out how to use.
You’re gonna pay an absurd amount of money for a disposable laptop, only to remove the best thing about it…?
Sharkey seems to support hosting blogs (pages) directly on the platform itself.
I run various services just to toy around with and pretty much all of them have some form of broken federation. Some more severe than others. It’s pretty off-putting.
Not sharing, thanks Guy on a Buffalo.
