Where the Houthis come from doesn’t change the fact that they are pretty much the only one territorial actor outside of Palestine standing up militarily for Palestine. A “near miss” is a completely nonsensical way of staging a failed assassination. This easily can go wrong with the target actually being hit. Why would the shooter, that somehow is such a great shot, that he can pull this off safely agree to it? The best case scenario for him would be to end up in prison the rest of his life, far more likely to be shot and killed on the scene so he can’t say anything.

These kind of ranges are normal in the North East of Germany if you are outside the heat islands of cities. If by North you mean Scandinavia it might be a bit unusual there because of all the water mellowing out the temperature range, but for central Europe such ranges are to be expected.

I doubt that Russia would help Armenia to go to war against Azerbaijan again, as Azerbaijan is the lapdog of Erdogan and Netanyahu and Russia needs Turkyie for sanction evasion and Israel to facilitate Russias continued presence in Syria as Israel wants to avoid Turkiye gaining more influence there. So the only two countries where i see these troops as potentially relevant for are Armenia itself and neighboring Georgia. Both are still in the Russian sphere of influence.
