This headline is just to placate the masses: “Don’t worry, resistance is coming. Any day now. You don’t have to do anything, just keep your head down and keep producing like a good little consumer.”
You need more disruptive protests.
Americans have been trained to clutch their pearls but that disrupting commerce with protests is wrong and that’s exactly what we’re seeing: complaints but no disruptive action so they are easily ignored.
Oh no guys, they’ve been “Slammed”, surely they will stop being corrupt now!
Consequences or nothing changes.
And unless someone enforces the rules and consequences for breaking them for the first time in his miserable fucking life, he will be correct.
“Surely this time there will be consequences for Trump, unlike all those other times we thought there would surely be consequences for Trump. This time though, this time all those people who haven’t been holding Trump accountable will hold Trump accountable.”
So again, no reason for them to care if they are unpopular.
Either way, public opinion no longer matters to him unless there are actual consequences attached.

They cared about it in order to get a position of power. Now that they have it they don’t care.
Unless someone is going to enforce consequences on them they don’t care if 100% of the population disagree with them.
Trump can’t legally get elected again and Musk wasn’t elected at all, why the fuck would they care what the public thinks?

Ladies and gentlemen, I present to you the problem with the anti-circumcision movement.
There are good arguments to be had for banning circumcision. Refusing to recognize my autonomy, and insisting you know the “secret trauma of strangers” better than they do is not one of them. It makes you sound like an asshole who doesn’t know what they are talking about and will cause people to think the whole movement is the same way.
For those arguing to ban circumcision: you need to purge assholes like this from your numbers. They are only doing harm and not helping your cause.
I was circumcised, I don’t have a problem with that fact. I understand why people do have a problem with circumcision and I don’t have an issue with it being banned.
Don’t try to induce mental trauma in me for my past that I’m not bothered by.
I want the judge to put in writing actual consequences that will be followed through on when Trump refuses to comply.
